2. Product Information

We sell fresh seafood products. All product descriptions, images and weights are for reference only. Fresh seafood may have slight natural variations in size, weight and appearance. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver products matching your order.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include GST where applicable. Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept payment methods supported by our Shopify store. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

4. Orders & Availability

Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order due to stock shortage, supply issues or pricing errors. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to offer a refund or suitable replacement.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available within New Zealand only. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, especially for fresh seafood. We use suitable cold-chain packaging to maintain product quality. You must ensure someone is available to receive the perishable goods at the delivery address.

6. Refund & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of seafood, returns are generally not accepted once delivery has been completed. If products arrive spoiled, damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos. We will assess claims and provide a refund or replacement at our discretion.

7. Food Safety

Our seafood must be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receipt. We are not liable for illness caused by improper storage, preparation or consumption after delivery. Customers with seafood allergies should carefully check product descriptions before ordering.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
